Party Rules & Deposits

Our soft play equipment is designed for children ages 5 and under. Adult supervision is required at all times.

A refundable $100–$150 damage deposit (based on rental size) is required. This deposit may be collected with the final balance one week prior to the event or on the day of the event before setup begins. The deposit will be returned after equipment inspection. Fees may apply for any lost, broken, or excessively damaged items.

Face paint, glitter, slime, confetti, food or drinks, shoes or heels, animals, and water are not permitted in or near the soft play area.

A non-refundable retainer and agreement form is required to secure your event date. Quotes are valid for 48–72 hours; if the retainer is not paid within this time frame, the date will be released.

Access, Setup & Additional Fees

To help ensure a smooth and beautiful setup, additional charges may apply for stairs, elevator access, extended distances from parking to the setup area, or any parking lot, garage, or venue parking fees. We kindly ask that easy access and nearby, accessible parking be available during delivery, setup, and breakdown.

For outdoor setups, a $35 outdoor setup fee applies to accommodate additional preparation. An indoor backup location is required at the time of booking in case of inclement weather or unsafe outdoor conditions. A canopy is available as an optional add-on rental and is recommended for warmer days.

A $50 holiday weekend fee applies for events scheduled on holiday weekends due to increased demand.
